Work with me

I work with women of all ages, offering one-to-one consultations to clients across the UK, as well as internationally in the EU, USA, Australia and New Zealand. All consultations are conducted online, allowing for continuity of care regardless of location.

My clinical approach is detailed, supportive and collaborative. I take time to understand your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, medications and wider context. Herbal medicine is prescribed as part of a broader conversation about how your body is responding and what support may be appropriate for you at your stage of life.

How the process works

I offer a structured 12-week herbal medicine programme designed to provide continuity, responsiveness and proper follow-up support.

The programme begins with an in-depth 90-minute initial consultation. This allows space to explore your health history and to discuss current concerns in detail. Following this, I create a bespoke liquid herbal prescription formulated specifically for you.

We schedule two 60-minute follow-up consultations spaced across the 12 weeks. These appointments allow us to review how you are responding, make adjustments where needed and address any changes or new questions that arise. A 12-week supply of personalised herbal medicine is included as part of your support package.

This way of working allows for a realistic and effective timeframe, particularly for hormonal and long-standing conditions, which benefit from consistent support rather than a quick fix. Based on long-term clinical practice, I know this approach gets the results you need.

After our initial piece of work is complete, you have the option of ordering monthly medicine subscriptions or booking further one-off consultations as needed.

How do online consultations work?

All consultations take place via video call, so you can speak with me from the comfort of your own home. Your personalised herbal medicine is posted directly to you.

Do I need to be in the UK?

No, I work with women across the UK, EU, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Online consultations make it easy to access support wherever you are.

What conditions do you help with?

I specialise in women’s health, including menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, painful periods, fibroids, insomnia and breast cancer recovery.

How is a medical herbalist consultation different from seeing a GP?

As a medical herbalist, I take a whole-person approach, looking at how your symptoms, lifestyle, stress and hormones all interact. Consultations are longer and more in-depth, and your herbal prescription is tailored specifically to you.

Can herbal medicine work alongside my current medications?

In most cases, yes. I’ll review your current medications during your consultation to ensure your herbal prescription is safe and complementary.
